A lifetime of heavy physical activity, sports injuries and a few motorcycling incidents have left me more than a bit banged up. I found Jon Moses to be a talented intuitive Physio who didn't need to be told what was wrong. He helped relieve an old neck injury aggravated by the flight. It gave me some immediate relief. We then did some posture work and a bit of work on the Pilates redeemer. It set me up right for doing some more work on my own. Top notch, easy going, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.
