Karakrista Physiotherapy, Yoga and Massage

I look forward to seeing Kara for physio and massage. She is truly wholistic, present and wise. She brings together strong skills in assessment and treatment with a beautiful caring nurturing touch, from the cosy calm environment to the hot rocks and Magic hands! I had a sore elbow for a long time and she sorted me out very quickly. I also had a bad lower back acute injury which she skilfully takes me through what to do via the phone and set on the right path to recovering well and quickly. I can highly recommend Kara without hesitation.

Kara’s treatments are second to none. She is highly professional and knowledgeable with the mix of Physio and Yoga which brings a certain mindfulness to her work. It’s clear that her passion for her craft is what makes the results from her treatments consistently of a high standard. I’ve had body pains and aches that other practitioners have not been able to affect. One or two treatments with Kara and I feel a vast improvement. I highly recommend her services.

There are few health practitioners I know that can combine so many different therapies into an effective treatment. Kara's knowledge and experience have helped me overcome a number of injuries, and long term health conditions. Her posture workshop, for example, changed my life very much for the better. I will continue to be treated by Kara as long as she is practicing, and feel very fortunate to have such a gifted therapist looking after my health.

My husband and i have been using Karakrista's services for both massage and physiotherapy for many years, and in that time we have referred many other people as we have had such excellent results and service from Kara's expertise, fabulous advice, and skilled application of both her physiotherapy for any problems either of us have had, as well as the best massage possible. Karakrista is a knowledgeable and experienced phsyiotherapist with a caring manner and a holistic, hands on approach. Consultations are longer and more thorough than what I have experienced with other physiotherapists. Karakrista is also the most competent massage therapist I have ever experienced. She has helped me with multiple problems and I am very happy that I found her.
