Top drawer treatment. Tim is very high level and extremely knowledgeable. Especially around sports injuries and back issues. Most of my jiu jitsu club see him.

Misleading poor and impolite service from the receptionist who informed me before I received any treatment that if I obtained an Advanced Care document from my Doctor they could do a backdate on the medicare payment, when I attended with this several days later after seeing a treating Doctor I was informed that it was not possible to do the medicare payment backdate, The receptionists then denied telling me this information. When I told her I clearly remember that it was herself that stated this she that she told me that I should have seen my family GP that day. impossible to make an appointment so quickly and not what she told me to do. Because of what she told me I went through with the treatment and paid a $85 dollar fee for a 15 minutes treatment , something I would not have done this had I known the outcome. When I told he this she merely shrugged her shoulders, raised he eyebrows in a discourteous in a "so what manner"

Wonderful, friendly staff. Very professional and helpful when it comes to treatment. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need.
