Move & Mend Physiotherapy

I have a 25-y-o back injury that's had numerous unsuccessful surgical and non-surgical interventions over the years, and I'm in need of ongoing care. To date I've had every treatment known to man and my drug regime is fairly impressive. After seeing numerous physical practitioners over the years, I eventually happened upon Emily, and as something of a connoisseur of physiotherapists, I can categorically state that she is far and away the best physio I've ever encountered. After a quarter of a century, I've finally found a physical therapist I can trust not to do more damage. Unlike many, she practises hands-on therapy and is in the room with me for the duration of the session. She doesn't have half a dozen patients in various rooms whom she's tending to all at once; she's devoted to me, the patient, and it's one-on-one. She employs numerous different techniques, depending on what the condition requires, and will use these either in isolation or in combination, as the situation demands. I've experienced her deep-tissue massage (bliss), dry needling, cupping, manual manipulation, floor Pilates, and hydrotherapy, conducted at one of the local heated pools. And throughout the whole process, Emily actually listens; she doesn't assume the "expert" attitude and condescend to me. She's compassionate, friendly, and just a delight to have treating me. Highly, extremely highly recommend.

Emily is professional, kind and so caring in her approach. She really listened to my concerns and was able to offer me immediate relief from my pain.
