Consultation Quote I had a very positive experience dealing with Ben firstly, & then Ben & Tom, with regard to a drainage problem at my home. They both spent a lot of time explaining options & how they would best be able to fix the problem permanently. They quoted for what they would do if it were their home. I had paid prior to asking Tom for a quote, for storm water drain inspection. Without this paperwork being available, the guys from Bonnie Bathrooms went above & beyond to re-check the drains themselves & didn't want to see me pay twice for the service. I was very impressed with their integrity & knowledge & would be more than happy to call them again, or recommend them to others. I have decided to put the job off for now & do a bit more saving. Thomas was very punctual, professional and did an amazing job. He installed 4 heavy mirrors on tiles in my newly built house. He also mended my fridge water connection. He will be back to install more mirrors soon. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it! Cheers.

I had a new kitchen mixer installed. Quote was made over the phone. Ben showed up on time and completed the job no problem. He also showed me how to turn the water on and off at the main and how to adjust the pressure. Highly recommend.

Tom and his team did a bathroom renovation for us recently from a design created by my wife. The team were very courteous and accommodating of our requirements/ timeline, ensuring they delivered a finished product that met with our needs. The team always utilized quality tools and products on the renovation whilst maintaining a neat and tidy work place. We look forward to doing our next renovation with Tom and the team.
