Unfortunately the few good staff here are overshadowed by incredibly rude manager, Kerry, and the appalling communication from BBNT head office.nnI paid $500+ for bedding, the quilt cover I had to wait for which was fine but Kerry’s lack of customer service skills was far from fine. She practically couldn’t be bothered finding my order which was taking a while and passed the blame onto her own team of staff. When trying to resolve an issue Kerry will happily talk over the top of you and come up with an excuse to anything. After sending an email to customer service online regarding the way she speaks to customers she magically found my order straight away and left an incredibly condescending voicemail!nnThe staff at head office failed to get back to me too so thanks to all this, I happily refunded all my purchases and won’t be shopping at any BBNT again ud83dude0a

I visited your Robina store today, got a 'hey' when I walked in.nGot ignored for the remainder of the time I was there, it wasn't at all busy and I was actually looking for advice. Hung around for at least 15 mins and walked out. You lost a sale BB&T and someone working in customer service, you should be ashamed

This is a great store in the Robina Town centre, you could spend a fortune here. They sell lovely giftware, linen and towels. It's the perfect 'go-to' store if you are buying wedding, house warming or any occasion gifts. They often have sales with decent price reductions and specials. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great specials on sheets, blankets, quilt covers, cushions, homewares. Something for everyone when it comes to home comfort.
