PLC Burleigh

What an experience at PLC Burleigh! The trainers are world class and create an incredible energy making results inevitable. Thanks to Rachel, Rob, Jordan and Jackson specifically who have kept me on track with the fitness journey.

Amazing trainers! Everyone is so inspiring!nYou feel extremely welcome even on the first day, it's a family feeling environment!nYou will be pushed to your absolute limits and accomplish awesome results! Would not recommend anywhere else!nnOnly thing I would like to see is a few more sessions added for later in the night for people who work late. Other then that, amazing!!!

I really like the motivation in the gym and the staff, especially Rachel. The only thing I dislike is the style of classes, you are catering to a wider range of people with different levels of fitness, I have observed on numerous occasions classes that are too difficult for everyone based on the trainers class routine, I think they forget not everyone is on the same level as them. a lot of people are hurting themselves with trying to keep up but with poor performance.nnI think that if they could alter their routines to a more moderate level and focused on technique and then added additional classes for people who are after a harder class would be more beneficial.nnBut overall it's good fun

By far the most fun I've ever had training! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and there to support your journey. Would recommend PLC to anyone no matter their fitness level. Best decision I ever made! :)
