F45 Training Palm Beach

F45 Palm Beach hands down is the most unique team training studio I have ever experienced . Firstly every single trainer uses your name as soon as you walk in the door and if they are a new trainer they introduce themselves and find out about you , so impressive ! You can turn up feeling tired and lack lustre but the team inspires you every day and gives you such motivation you are compelled to give it your all !! You walk out feeling amazing . I highly recommend this place , the trainers are outstanding and F45 PB has created a family atmosphere. I can’t imagine life without this place I am hooked .

I always had the idea that you could only join f45 if you were super fit, but that isn't the case :) you can do all the stations at your own pace and push yourself when you feel up to it. All the staff at PB F45 are so welcoming and supportive and I cant recommend this studio enough. You wont be disappointed.

Awesome training from awesome trainers! Within just a few sessions I felt stronger, more determined and more confident, and I am totally hooked. I wasn’t sure how my body would go training again after having two babies in two years but this type of training has been perfect. The F45 crew at palm beach are amazing. My husband and i attended a F45 in SA where we previously lived and were interested to see if Palm Beach had the samd vibe! Its AMAZING! Everyone is so welcoming and loads of fun! Your missing out if your not training here. ♥ufe0f

Great atmosphere and great trainers. The location is perfect, with easy access to the car park. I’ve trained at many different F45 gyms over the years and this is up there with one of the best!
