Mermaid Beach is such a friendly club - I love how girls of all ages become such great friends, helping and supporting each other, they are like family. Such a great sport for all ages to keep fit and have fun along the way!

A friendly, caring and family orientated physie club with very experienced teachers. All students are encouraged and supported to work towards their own individual goals. Most importantly the students have FUN. Would definitely recommend to girls of all ages!!

Such a great family friendly club for all ages. My 4 year old daughter loves Physie, her caring teachers and all the friends she has made - and as a mum of 3, I appreciate the outlet each week at ladies class to do something for myself.
