F45 Training Hope Island

Best gym I've ever been to! So motivating, fun and have made so many new positive friends. The trainers are amazing and always on hand for that extra bit of push and to make sure that my technique is right. Love that the classes are always varied from day to day and that I don't have to think. Just turn up, do the class and done.

Such a fun and inviting environment. All trainers are helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend F45 at Hope Island. They have really helped me build my confidence and gain motivation to get back into fitness.

I have been a member of F45 for over 2 years now, the last 12 months at Hope Island. As someone who has been in and out of fitness and training most of my life I can honestly say this is the place to get results and consistency. The trainers are fantastic and always open for questions and fantastic at adapting the classes to different levels of fitness. Regressions for newbies or injuries and plenty of mini challenges to keep things interesting and motivated for those who want progression. Highly recommend!

Joined F45 well over 3 years ago, have trained at different studios and this one is the best by far, joined F45 Hope Island when it opened and haven’t looked back. Awesome trainers and owners who care and take an interest, great process with amazing results.
