Had a session with Alex & Bea last week and absolutely loved it. These guys take an end to end approach to fitness that encapsulates warmup, workout and recovery. My EMS workout with Alex is like nothing I have ever tried, the pads when placed on my lower traps in particular gave such an intense contraction and I was only shoulder pressing a bar with no weights. Have no idea how it works but at MadLab you don't need to, these guys have you covered whatever your fitness goals. Thanks so much for having me down cant wait for round two!
