Excellent personalised and professional service by Wade and Mario. Their attention to detail was precise. They explained the whole process of how the carpet would run and laid was informative and easy to understand. Excellent communication and service..Mario was an absolute pleasure to deal with for carpets as was Barret with the blinds. Both were in constant contact and making sure we were happy with our decisions. Cannot reccomend them highly enough!!

I wanted my carpet urgently before a big 50th we were having. The team went above and beyond to help me out!! I cant thank the team enough, both in store and the person who came out to my house to install it for me. You looked after a very frantic lady and made it so seamless! Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Carpet Call. This was a big finacial decision and Wade was very supportive during the process of chosing our new carpets. But special mention has to go to the team of carpet layers, Taz, Dave and Issac who were awesome. They took the time to highlight some possible termite activity that I was not aware of and recommended not laying carpet in these two rooms until I had it checked out. This candid communication was refreshing and very much appreciated as it has saved me lots of potential problems. This team then went on to smash out all upstairs with professionalism and a big focus on quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Carpet Call Helensvale to anyone who wants people that have your best interests at heart. Thank you.
