Avoid The Good Guys at ALL costs. I ordered a fridge and washing machine at The Good Guys Helensvale that was not in stock at the time and paid a 20% deposit to process the order (along with regular payments after this deposit was paid). I was told this order would be held in the warehouse until my house was built and we were ready for delivery and gave them an estimated delivery date. I paid the entire amount remaining on the order as we approached our move in, and was contacted by The Good Guys that these items were now no longer available to me. I was told priority gets given to customers coming in store wanting items then and there and they will get the items you have already picked, ordered and paid a deposit for. The fridge I originally picked is no longer made and the washing machine I now cannot get in the size I ordered.nnAfter discussing this with many family, friends and colleagues I now know of 3 other people that have had the SAME issue with The Good Guys, I only wish I knew this beforehand. I cannot say this enough to everyone I speak with and anyone reading this to avoid The Good Guys, it’s not worth the stress. The worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Friendly helpful staff. Had what we wanted, although I am glad I checked the price online before we went as the price was $100 more on the floor price. Shopped here before and will again.

Very reasonable prices compared to competitors and very helpful and friendly staff. My goods were delivered next day, which was actually a Sunday. Very good customer service and customer experience

Good service. Manorma made an effort to get the product we wanted as it was out of stock in her store so she placed the order in Robina and did all the paperwork. Well done.
