Had the pleasure to be helped out by a lovely and friendly lady named Molly. She was generally helpful without being to in your face sales focused.

Hole of beacon lighting just sends people on wild goose chase and don’t care about people .

From the moment I walked in the customer service was horrible. Spent a while walking around and no one even bothered to greet me or see if I needed help and there were no other customers in the store. This was not the first time this has happened to me in this store. I had to walk up to ask for help. Matt who I spoke with seemed very uninterested in the whole interaction. I ended up purchasing a pendant light and had to order another 2 as they were not in stock. When purchasing the lights I asked if the bulbs were included and Matt assured me they were. When I got home I opened the lights and there were no bulbs. I had to call the store and of course there were none in stock so they had to be ordered. I picked up my lights and bulbs a week later. Luckily I checked and didn't wait until the day. Then on the day my electrician was installing the pendant lights I noticed that one pendant lights was bigger than the others. Matt had ordered me the wrong size for the 2 pendant lights I needed. I called the store again and advised Matt of the situation. They again didn't have the lights I needed in store so I had to settle for a size I originally didn't want and had to drive there again to swap them over as the electrician was at my house. EXTREMELY disappointed in the experience with Beacon lighting. I wasted so much time and money. I would never recommend this store and Matt. For such a big company I would think the service would be exceptional, definitely not!
