Do not fall into this poor service provider trap!nn(REF: LN881246 SN236117)nI ordered panel blinds three months back and it was supposed to be installed early Dec 20; it didn’t happen and I was texted saying Curtain Wonderland will compensate for the delay. That didn’t happen either. Finally the blinds have been installed.nnMajor issues: in-house measurements taken by visiting consultant is obviously wrong as there is a 6inch gap uncovered on the small window. On the large window, blinds opening in centre does not have a wand to move the panels. When I pointed this out I was given a pair of gloves by the two persons who came to install this, and told me not to touch the blinds with barehands.nnI have emailed Curtain Wonderland and texted twice without any response. Good service and prices
The ladies who work here are very knowledgeable about everything they sell. Always friendly & helpful. Sale prices are terrific. For curtains, fittings, cushions etc, excellent range.
