We highly recommend Dave and the team from Choices Flooring, Helensvale. From the point of first contact , Dave made the whole process seamless and stress free. His advice and ability to listen to what we actually wanted reassured us that we made the right decision to go with Choices after receiving many other quotes from other flooring companies. We could not have asked for better service from all staff and our flooring installer, Nick. We are loving our new carpet and flooring. We have been receiving so many comments on how great it looks ! Outstanding service and result. Our timing was tight for the installation and they were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Hillary made the choice of our new carpet easy and we are very pleased with the result and impressed with the quality of the carpet and the laying. It has transformed the house. The cost was reasonable too. We wouldn't go anywhere else for floor coverings. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Dave came and measured my Mums unit and suggested several carpet choices in our budget. We left the rest to him and it was all very stress free and on time which was areal bonus. Love the result, the apartment looks so fresh and bright. Working with Hillary and her team was a blessing for me, I had previously had my hybrid flooring done by another company and was very disappointed with the end result of their work, Hillary to the rescue, after quoting the job and seeing the issues I had with the previous company and installer she made me feel comfortable to have the rest of my floors completed and repair the previous issues, thank you so much to Simon and Brad who are true tradesmen, they take pride in their work and treat the job as if they are working on their own homes, they repaired the eyesore I was left with and now I can finally enjoy my completely finished floors, thank you all so much for the best outcome, I am truly grateful, Hillary Simon and Brad.
