Dale is a truly passionate Trainer achieving some amazing transformations from his clients. Fun , friendly classes catering for all ages and fitness levels. Joining this gym has been an absolute life changer for me. Can't speak highly enough of this place. Definitely give it a go. We'd love to see you there.

Dale is a dedicated, passionate trainer who creates fun and challenging workouts. Fitness is his passion and he is very knowledgeable about form, training techniques and diet.nEveryone in the classes is very welcoming and I have made many friends while training here.nI have been training at Jump2it now for over 7 years. At 52 years old I can honestly say that I am fitter and stronger than I was when I was 30!nDon't hesitate any longer. Come and try a class!

I have been a member of Jump 2 it for some time now and can honestly say that it is the best gym I have ever been to. I am quite a shy person and keep to myself a lot, but everyone at the gym is so welcoming and friendly it makes training that much more enjoyable.nDale's classes are always varied so you never get bored and you also have every opportunity to push yourself and get great results.nHaving recently completed a 28 day shred challenge I am so happy with what I have achieved and at 46 years of age I feel in the best shape I have ever been in.nDale is an awesome trainer, who will encourage and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. I cannot speak highly enough of this gym and would recommend it anyone who is interested in getting fit and healthy, and surprisingly having a fun time doing it.nThanks so much Dale and the Jump 2 it crew.

Best Group Fitness Centre on the Gold Coast - Dale is an incredible trainer who is extremely dedicated to ensuring his clients get results. A great friendly atmosphere for all shapes and sizes. Personally I enjoy that I am pushed to better myself in each and every class. Highly recommend training here - you won't regret it!!

Dale is an inspiring trainer and makes going to the gym easy. He is very passionate about health and fitness and has the best interest of his clients at heart. Couldn’t recommend a better place to train on the coast, jump2it is awesome
