Dynamic Lifestyl

I was brought along to the community gym with my friend and continued to go to this gym for a few weeks. I soon found the owner Brian to be so unprofessional. I overheard Brian bad mouthing several girls who stopped going to the gym allegedly because of his terrible demeanor. On several occasions Brian addressed the whole gym class bad mouthing the people who attend the night classes which I found to be extremely unprofessional. He seemed to be happy to burn bridges and treat people like they were disposable. He made me feel like I had to buy his product and it made me uncomfortable and prompted me to change gyms. Do not go to dynamic lifestyle centre fit club at oxenford, it was such a let down. Brian gives Herbalife such a bad name.

An absolutely amazing gym, feel so comfortable going here, fantastic trainers who are very knowledgeable with nutrition and have helped me lose weight and maintain the weight loss.

The Dynamic Lifestyle Center is amazing! Such a large range of free or affordable classes, great trainers and great clients who are so supportive of everyone alike! What more could you want!
