Best hot yoga I've ever been to. Gorgeous studio, amazing teachers and little things that make this place stand out like on Sunday morning the yogi placed a cold towel on our forehead, if we wanted one, after the standing series. Magic! I'm so glad I found this place.
A great studio to practice hot yoga with lovely and supportive staff. I particularly enjoy Kel's classes. She is super experienced and gives awesome instructions so you are able to improve every class.
I had my first hot yoga experience in a 75minute class last night . This family run business offers a very professional yet personal experience . Kel our hot yoga instructor made me feel as comfortable as I could concidering the intense heat for a first timer .
