Excellent service and staff. Went in with 0 knowledge about what bulb or measurements I needed. The lady that served me was lovely and gave me the most likely choice from the very limited information I had. I did end up getting the wrong size but that was entirely my fault and they refunded me the entire cost. Very impressed and happy to go next time.
This is a fabulous shop. The staff provides knowledgeable and friendly service. They even exchanged the lights we'd wrongly chosen without any fuss.
We purchased a double beautiful ring crystal pendant light, absolutely loved it...nHave had it for nearly 5 years but In the last 4-6 months was slowly playing up thennStopped working altogether....thought I’d go and have to pick out another light (as only 3 yearsnWarranty)But they said bring it back in we will have a look at it....later that day had a phone callnTo come in and the factory was giving us a complete new one, as it’s faulty.nExceptional service, we where not expecting such a kind gesture due to being out ofnWarranty! WOW!! You don’t get service like that anymore! Thankyou for making ournday! Definitely shop here!!
