The service is extremely poor. 3 weeks without a washing machine. And I have concierge. No replacement machine. Absolutely no call back service though they pretend to offer it. And trying to get a washing machine mechanism through them is a great disappointment. Would not recommend the good guys. The 3rd time I have experienced with machine.
Always love this place fast service both at the front and when collecting from back loading area. Always helpful and happy. Love shopping here
Does anyone in the Cairns retail shop work?? Can never get through on the phone. Need some more staff training on answering phones and retaining clients.
Shanaye B was outstanding. Best customer service. Hinge was broken on a laptop purchased less than 2 months ago. She sighted the laptop and receipt, was fortunely in stock and I walked out with a new one. Very, very happy. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d She also gave a few pointers to my kids regarding best way to look after a 180° screen to hopefully prevent any more mishaps!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great range of appliances to choose from. Prices were very reasonable.
