Very disappointing service as a first time customer. I purchased a throw and cushions which were missing adornments (sequins) and had red pen/other marks on the products.nThe owner refuses to take responsibility for these manufacturing faults/damage (which is where the fault lies) and is refusing a refund for both the products and return shipping. I don't want a credit note I want a refund! Inferior quality for the price in my opinion and shocking customer service. The owner refuses further communication with me and has blocked me on social media so now I'm unable to access correspondence needed to get a lawyer involved! As far as I'm aware there is no law that says a customer cannot rate/review a business and it's service.
