He did not want me sell me anything until I knew the correct diameter replacement.nSubsequently, I returned to house to inspect the inner mechanism, and able to determine that it was still functioning, but simply needed spring tension to be applied prior to installation.nRoller blind now working again.nnCommendations for customer service.
