A fantastic box with a wide variety of training and coaching options. Affiliate owners Di and Brendon are constantly looking to improve and inject new ideas into an already exciting environment. Went to join the gym as i moved to the area and needed a good gym, the gyser looked at me ackwardly and tells me that we dont do general fitness, then said yes we do it but i havent got the time to talk.nnAmazed at the attitude of the guy.

We love the attention on form and mechanics at CrossFit Geebung. The six week beginners class to get basics right is a fantasic ideas. A lot of places like to expedite this by cutting corners, but not here. I have had back surgery but I feel confident that I am in good hands. The focus here is on doing what you can do the best of your ability without letting ego get in the way, which can often lead to injuries.
