PLC Chermside has an amazing atmosphere with the best people. The coaches have been great in getting me started in my fitness journey, and the people all support each other. Strongly recommend!

The exercises were great. The atmosphere was great. The trainers were nice but lacked teaching me a new client crucial exercise techniques. I was over looked during the class. Overall disappointing as I didn’t get value for money
