Continuously hound you with phone calls to join. Literally had over 10 phone calls over several months from here. Agree with the other reviews around this subject.

Just wanna give a big shout out and thankyou to Alanah one of Chermside fernwoods pt's. She taught 3 back to back classes on thur and it was absolutely amazing! I do the 3 back to back classes regularly and can normally do an afternoon training session as well. I am extremely fit, however Alanah is the first trainer to have pushed me to my maximum limit and it felt amazing! It is so great to see trainers helping and caring so we can achieve amazing results!Thankyou!

Professional scam artists. Disgusting. God help anyone who tries to cancel their membership.

I followed all the right channels and cancelled my membership with them in January this year and they are STILL taking money out of my account! I have contacted them on numerous occasions to rectify this and it is still not sorted. Very poor customer service and poor communication. I am not the only one this has happened to either!
