After being with Renegade for around 6 months I have to say my experience has been exceptional.nnI was coming from a bad position mentally and physically. I had let myself go after once being fit and was hitting 106kgs.nnWith Renegades help I'm down to 94kgs in just 6 Weeks with their 6 week challenge.nAll thanks to the support of the trainers and clients alike.nnI couldn't recommend these guys highly enough and I would say the hardest part is starting, but the environment here is great to stay around.... no matter the fitness levels.
