Outdoor workout station

A council provided workout station in the park using body weight to add resistance to promote physical activity, fitness and health. This equipment is not going to turn you into a body builder but is excellent for preventing muscle atrophy. There are public toilets located right next to the gym and it could also be utilized for a pre-game warm up while waiting for your turn on the tennis court adjacent to the gym equipment.
