Clinical Pilates is the best workout! After 3 sessions, I feel awesome. I am currently doing things I thought I would never do again. The classes are tailored to your needs perfectly and I enjoy them.
I have been to a few different physio practices for Clinical Pilates class and I highly recommend this practice. They are by far the best! The exercises are individually tailored to suit your needs and it work towards your goal. :)
