Absolutely love training here! They have helped me feel fit, grow in confidence, lose 30kg and train safely through injuries and pregnancy. Jess puts so much creativity and effort in mixing things up, keeping it fun, teaching proper technique and she cares about her team and members. Took me forever to find a way to exercise that suits me but now I’ve found it, I’m never leaving!! Can’t recommend 9ROUND Forest Lake enough.

The best place to have your workout done! Everyday is a different exercise so you do not get bored and the trainers are great! I love to be part of it!
