Never give your bank details. I canceled and Final payment was on 14-09-2020 and took money on 28-09-2020 again. have there email to prove. Firstly ignore. Secondly saying sorry it’s there fault. Then not refunding and stop replying email.nnI just contact my bank and ask them to handle it.

Terrible club, unprofessional and they will steal money from you with their membership. Lack of response on emails and do not look after you once you join the club. Join another club, not this one. Do not waste your money and time, bad club facilities and cleaning.

Went from the small gym at Sherwood to this one. Which is great for beginners. It has so much equipment and multiple levels. What upsets me is that everytime I walk in there. It stinks of BO, and it's harder to focus on sets when all you can smell is dry sweat on the floor; It's so gross. And the water fountian filter needs to be cleaned and changed. I don't like seeing orange or red when I'm dying for a drink. I'm forced to leave early to go to the servo (I train nights) for a bottle of water. Not keen on that. If the floors can stay clean and the gym not smell like a footy teams dirty laundry baking on a roof in the Queensland summer heat then I'd love to give this place 5 stars.
