Metropol Pharmacy Carindale

I came here the other day when the post office told me I had to post my package though a different carrier, I didn’t really know what I was doing but the staff Carol and Steve were so wonderful and kind, they helped me print out a sheet to attach to my package and talked me though it. Need more people like that in today’s world. Thank you so much guys!

We bought a box of 100 day Elevit from this pharmacy. We opened the box a few days later and after using the tablets for a couple of days found that some of the blister packs had been tampered with. The blister packs had the edges cut off and some of the tablets were about to come loose. Unfortunately our baby arrived a couple of days later so we had to wait about a month before going back to this pharmacy to ask for a replacement (with literally 2 or 3 tablets missing as we had used them). Yes we didn't have the receipt and yes it had been about the month but the pharmacist there simply refused to do anything about it. She proceeded to open all the boxes of Elevit on their shelve, as if to imply that somehow I made all this up. Why would I do all this to get 2-3 free Elevit tablets? Why couldn't she look up the serial number on the box to see that it came from their pharmacy? She said if it had been 2 weeks then maybe she could have done something. Would have appreciated a little bit of help from her to resolve the issue. Ended up calling Elevit directly who promptly organised for me to pick up a replacement from any pharmacy using a code and free postage to return the tampered Elevit this pharmacy sold to me and refused to take responsibility.

Would give zero stars if possible. 8pm close time but at 7:45 when trying to fill a urgent prescription the glass doors and security doors are closed. After knocking on the glass the worker inside looked at me then returned to her computer without acknowledging my presence or asking if she could help. Useless.
