F45 Training Carindale

I’ve been a member for almost 4 years now. I’ve had people ask if I think F45 Carindale is worth it and I absolutely believe it is. The training is great and it works, the challenges are motivating and the coaches actually care. The friendships I’ve made along the way are invaluable. I’ve never felt a sense of community in a big gym but it’s a significant part of what I love about F45 Carindale. Getting my training done here everyday is always one of the best parts of my day.

Great vibe, awesome space. Super clean and tidy. Equipment well looked after and looks like new. Very organized. Trainers are great with spotting etc. Definitely worth it.

Amazing staff that are motivating and inspirational. I really was lacking motivation (even though i work in the physical activity area) and the staff are there to support and drive you. I recommend this place for anyone from beginners to experts.

Challenging yet time efficient workouts, fantastic trainers who guide and push you, awesome music and fabulous like- minded people to train with. Love it! ♥ufe0f

Been going to F45 Carindale now for 4 years and love it! Good to get in, get out and have some fun in between :)
