Up & Active Physiotherapy

I had my initial consultation with Lizzy McCowen on 28 February 2020. My problem was diagnosed immediately with a detailed explanation of the basis of the diagnosis supported by a video she took of my movements to support her reasoning. I was then given information on how to manage the situation and exercises to strengthen the muscles affected to improve my symptoms. Brilliant! Problem solved and hope restored! I was referred to Lizzy by my personal trainer and will be joining the chorus of patients singing her praises. Thank you Lizzy.

Matt Smith at Up & Active is brilliant. Has done a fantastic job getting our daughter back to being able to play football again. Has also helped a number of Family and friends out with their recoveries.
