Bodycare Physiotherapy Centre- Continence & Pelvic Floor

I sustained a birth related injury that wasn't picked up on until a couple of years after I had my children. When I did find out about it I went to Kirsten at BodyCare Physiotherapy who helped me so much! I learnt about why it happened and how I could retrain my pelvic floor and how I could continue living life as close to normal as I can possible. I would recommend every new mother go see a physiotherapist and in particular Kirsten at Bodycare. She will help you understand your body and help give your body the respect that it deserves.
