Montrose have been fantastic. My daughter loves going to therapy here, she will ask me 'is it today Mum.' Montrose have been amazing at fulfilling our needs. Kate is a fantastic receptionist and Maddie and Kayleen have been brilliant. I'm so happy we found this gem. Montrose go above and beyond any other group we have been to previously. Five stars.

We, (my employer and her disabled son David McDonnell) have experienced a pathetic service from this branch of Montrose. They simply do not follow through with their promises, fail to get back to us regarding support plans and previous suggestions for assistance. Furthermore, they have no desire to reconcile or resolve this disappointing experience. How they maintain their NDIS registration is beyond me but it's only a matter of time till the authorities become aware of their appalling treatment of a person with a disability.
