Aj's Plumbing, Gas & Earthworks

The team worked tirelessly on a very hot day preparing our yard for turf installation. I cannot speak highly enough about their quality of work. The end product once the turf was laid was exceptional. I will be recommending to all of my friends and family and anyone else that asks.

I can not speak a bad word about my experience with AJ's. Andrew and Bevan have transformed my backyard to be an open, easily maintained entertaining space in a matter of days. Their workmanship and eye for detail is beyond anything I have experienced with previous tradesmen. They were always on time, on budget and on point when it came to understanding what I wanted to achieve. Their knowledge of landscaping supplies was an added bonus when needing help choosing different materials for retaining walls, paths and steps. I can not thank the both of them enough for having my best interest at heart and will be recommending them to everyone for any plumbing and earthworks projects

The work that they did was of excellent quality. They were good about communicating what they were doing and they did their best to keep the cost reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

My husband discovered a leaking pipe at 4:30pm and turned our supply off at the meter. By the time we had researched a plumber it was after hours, so we decided to wait until the next morning. I started calling AJ's early, at about 6am - I got a recorded message saying that I had called out of hours and would I like to be transferred to a mobile number. I chose the mobile because AJ's is listed as a 24hour business and I thought the mobile would reach someone on call. The mobile went straight to recording, asking if I wanted to leave a message. I didn't leave a message at that point but continued to try the number until 7am when I finally left a message. I gave a brief description of the problem, my name and number and asked that someone call me back as soon as possble. That was 6 days ago and I am still waiting for a call back! Thankfully, after a couple of hours without a response from AJ's, I called a different plumber who was at my house within the hour and had fixed my problem within two. I'll give HIM a ***** rating.

Great service! Always prompt in getting someone to take a look at a problem the same day. Highly recommend.
