Got this company out to look at leaks in our patio roof. We were provided with a quote for the work to repair the leaks. After the work was done, the leaks were still present. The same leaks. We contacted them and advised that the leaks were still present. We were then issued with a second quote to repair the leaks, with a similar value of the first quote. They refused to acknowledge that we got little to no value from the amount paid for the leak repairs, and insisted that we pay for further work to remedy the issue. We were pointed to a statement in the first quote about their 'process of elimination' approach to work, which effectively means you could pay for work, get zero value, and be issued with another quote to complete the work. If using this company, be sure to ask for all possible stage repairs and the cost of each, so that you're fully aware of the total cost of the work required, and not only the cost of the first stage. We will not be accepting the second quote, instead choosing to use another company to complete our roof leak repairs.

We submitted an online enquiry through their website and got a phone call where we then booked in an inspection to assess the damage that hail had caused to our roof. When the date for the inspection came around they did a no show. We emailed them enquiring what happened regarding the inspection and were told that there was no booking for us in their system and that they don't do hail damage.

We recently had a length of guttering, a whirlybird and an old skylight that was causing problems replaced. Some general roof repairs were also carried out while the blokes were up there and we are very happy indeed with the quality of work and attitude of the workers - couldn't have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend Roof Leak Repairs.
