A Five Star experience for me from you guys. Thank you. Your website instructions were simple and helpful, the ordering process was easy, as was payment. The two girls in despatch were friendly and helpful on collection and the installation instructions were easy to follow. The dimensions were perfect and the finished product looks like a pro put it up. Couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with having done it myself. Would use you again without hesitation and probably will.

5 star service from DIY Shade Sails with their assistance of the design and manufacture of a one off special project to facilitate a problem I had with an existing Shade Sail over my pool. DIY also provided additional adjustment to the Shade Sail, at no additional cost, to fit a complicated framework, much appreciative of their assistance, would highly recommend the company, thank you! After thoroughly reading through this website, I felt confident I could handle doing my own shade sail.nnIt paid off, the sail arrived quickly and the detailed instructions made putting it up a relatively easy job.nnTaking the time to re-read the instructions is a good idea. They are well written and easy to understand.nnOh, and the finished sail looks great too!

We bought a sail about 5 years ago and it still looks great. Ordered another one a couple of weeks ago and have just put it up. Every bit as good as the first one. Top quality fabric and very well made. Perfect fit too. So impressed. I can highly recommend this company.

Terrible rude customer service. Has three websites sailmaker, shadeworx and DYI. Stay away and look elsewhere. EDIT; I think the below proves my point. I asked for a quote because website wasn't working for me and was told it was working and would not assist with pricing. Ended up working later and not competitive at all.
