Visited the toowoomba store and the staff were very rude. They made you feel like you were inconveniencing them by being there. Would not go back.
I love this store and the regular staff always make me feel special when I go there especially Jo and Jenny. They always have the displays looking great and really know their products.

Worst customer service in toowoomba not at all helpful and the manager were talking to customers very very rude ,I never recommended to anyone never go back again.............
Great customer service, I shopped there for 3 hrs picking out new bedding and employees were nice and helpful.
