Absolutely love, love, love this place. Sarah you and your team (Helen, Emily and Meagan) are amazing and have created a place where women can exercise and feel safe and not judged. As an woman, well past 50 years, with limited fitness ability, going to a gym is extremely confronting. Not so with Sarah, Helen and the other trainers. I am amazed at how caring and nurturing the whole experience has been. 12 months in and loving it! Well done ladies!

I've been going to this gym for a bit over 12 months now and I absolutely love it, I've met amazing women and I can fit in a session most days either without kids or with my kids in with the incredible creche staff! It makes it so much easier to get to the sessions and my kids all love going too! The trainers are fantastic at helping with form and working with injuries so I feel safe doing the exercises and improving my strength! ❤ufe0f

BBD have been amazing! They are a welcoming bunch of woman that have helped me recover from my 3 children. Helped me find sky pelvic floor strength and they have given me an out. And out where I know my kids are safe in their creche while I get to interact with other woman in the same boat. I have met some amazing friends along the way too which has been great.nThank you Sarah and to the team at BBD.

Bodies by design is Amazing! I love every minute that I’m there. Sarah understands the struggle we can have mentally and is there for us 100%, helping us build our strength and confidence. The center does not disappoint.
