I have been fortunate enough to be attending YogaLou with Leeanne for almost 4 years including during my prenatal months where she was able modify poses to assist my different needs through all trimesters!nI feel my pregnancy and birth went smoothly because of my yoga classes with Leeanne and now I'm starting back to regain my strength, body and mind for another pregnancy! I highly recommend YogaLou!
My daughter and I began our very first lesson at YogaLou 5 years ago and have both enjoyed every class. Leanne built our confidence, fitness, flexibility, strength and through her classes we gained an appreciation for meditation and mindfullness.
