A very friendly reception team. Winnie, my physiotherapist, is very competent. I appreciate her skills and ability to communicate well with regards to the exercises needed. I just need to follow through now lol.

Anna is a fantastic therapist.

Cannot recommend Victoria Point Physiotherapy more highly, I have been treated by many physiotherapists over the years and the service and treatment here is excellent.nBeing a local Victoria Point business, all the staff are professional and personable unlike the larger chain style physiotherapy businesses around these days.

Well...miss Winnie lu..don’t know where u got your diploma but sadly I have seen u twice...first time was ok..the stipe u put me cane off same day...exercises given not bad...second time you had me waiting for 15 minutes..no apologies from your behalf just a blank rude look..u never pay attention to my needs..I manage to stipe my angles with stuff I bought from chemist and then u got this angry look...wow...u massage my angles only to put more pressure and pain to me..I was telling u that u are hurting me but u seem to enjoy my pain...then u chose to wrap my angles so badly and unprofessional and u had no compassion when I told u u are hurting me...instead of u wrapping it correct again..u loosen it up with a pair of scissors...I had problems of walking..no further exersices were given just not even a goodbye...totally ignoring me the whole time and after I took the wraps u told me to keep for a week I had in both angles scars from the pressure and cuts through ....I cancelled my appointment with u...got told to see David but why should I come to your poorly practice again..I notified my GP and saw all the photos that u created to my angles...your aren’t a physiotherapist but a butcher
