Took my son's car key in to be fixed, we did have intial problems with key not 'flicking out' after it had been fixed, however took it straight back, problem fixed on the spot without hesitation.

Got some keys cut recently and battery replaced for a car remote. I forgot the guy's name but he was easy to talk to and informative. I mean I didn't particularly have a complex request, but felt the guy there would have happily gone that extra yard and talked me through things if I did need more information or pointers. So top marks to you mate, felt you deserve some recognition. It goes a long way sometimes to feel like you as a customer are being given that full attention and time when you need.

I had my watch battery replaced here, He explained thoroughly about my watch being 50m water resistant and recommended I replace the back seal in my watch To prolong the life.
