I will go here before I go to the doctors these days. I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she is highly educated. Knows her stuff and truly cares. All these comments below suggest she’s rude, I’d be rude to people that are rude to me too.nCurrently waiting for her to open this morning to once again get a straight answer from her.nAnd you shouldn’t put a price on your health.nIf you can get a cream for $6 somewhere else then bloody go somewhere else.nI love her and highly recommend going here for anything and even second chances.nThanks,

The customer service was great, but does not ever justify a price difference of $38.52 on three prescription medicines, all generic. I understand charging the government these extra prices but mum and dad customers, pretty unfair. Won't be back.

Extremely helpful and great expert advise when needed, service is fantastic. It is my go to chemist for all our needs. Highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service. Dropped off a script to be compounded, couldn’t be done straight away which was fine. Did not receive a call for another 5 days from a no number while I was at work which I assume was them. I got a second no number call the next day, again while I was at work. I ended up phoning them direct about my script and was given such attitude. Apparently they left a message, which they didn’t. I could not look up who called to phone them back. They could not compound my script so I will be going elsewhere where I know it can be. Will not be returning for anything from this chemist.

Great chemist, very helpful advice for what I needed. Highly recommend, staff are really friendly.
