Genesis Health and Fitness Morayfield

As an older woman I was rather nervous about going to gym but as soon as I arrived at Genesis in Morayfield I felt welcomed and accepted. There is a very friendly atmosphere there that made all the difference to me. I was also very impressed with the help I was given, everyone knows what they are doing and can communicate well, great for someone like me who has no previous experience with gyms.

For the first time i can say I enjoy going to the gym! Genesis Morayfield is always cleanly and i am always greeted walking through the door. I do a mixture of their classes and workouts on the floor. The instructors in the classes are fantastic and are a part of the reason i keep going back, my favorite being Body Pump with Kirsten. I have also made some friendships with other mums attending the gym. Overall a great gym catering to a range of needs.

The friendliest, most professional, helpful people you could find. Facilities are fantastic, cater for just about everyone and everything. They really look after their members, take things seriously, also have lots of fun and care a lot too. Very supportive place and people. I couldn't train anywhere else. Thanks, Sommer
