I would defiantly prefer coles over woollies, the service is better and I feel that they are friendlier. syke
I understand they have rules during the pandemic. We agree with them and have been following them, and wear masks and gloves at times. But there's no need for rudeness. Hubby and I both went to the self serve checkout. The lady SS officer rushed over and loudly stated One of you needs to leave! And pointed at the door. I must have looked dumbfounded, as she continued...It's right there on the sign, can't you read?? Must admit, I didn't read the directions to the self serve area. Pretty sure I'm all over scanning and bagging :/ Wish I had thought to just walk out.
