Best gym on the Gold Coast! These guys know what they are doing. Great group sessions, personal training sessions and just good vibes. I used to go to F45 and got injured a lot but the trainers here actually know their stuff and take the time to work with people individually on technique and tailored exercises even in group sessions.

Such a great gym. Trainers have created such a amazing and unique environment where you feel comfortable working out. It feels like a Family, everyone is pushing everyone for the best results. Can’t recommend enough!

Cannot fault this gym in anyway. Not only a great location but also great staff that will assist you with any queries or questions you have or need. Wide range of equipment/machines and free weights for all types of fitness levels including boxing bags. They also do a variety of classes at various times of the day if you need that extra motivation. You can also find their little cafe across the road for healthy and tasty meals plus great protein drinks. Easily a five star rating.
