Best gym and team on the coast! Amazing energy along with a comfortable and welcoming environment. The support and knowledge you receive from Mikey and the personal trainers is great, they are always eager to take the time to help you out and keep you motivated! Terrible customer service, unhelpful and owner is very passive aggressive. I have been a member of snap for over 3 years and Mikey the owner has turned me off ever stepping foot in this gym. Go to Brickworks Snap or any other snap in Australia, one star because you have to give a rating, otherwise it would be 0.

I went to enquire for the membership costs and gym features. When I asked to try it out I was discriminated and not allowed by the receptionist. I was offered to pay to try out the gym today and accused of being a tourist.
