Good gym with all you need for a great session. Given the location it would be great to see more weights etc as the general make up seemed a little weighted towards aerobic machines. Perhaps look to remove some of these to create a little room for more weights or a functional area. Good vibe and welcoming. A nice session away from our home gym in New Farm.

Good gym not too expensive with great staff and well maintained equipment, a bit smaller than im used to but not a huge problem although it can be very busy at peak times. 24/7 of course with its own gated parking at the back
